The City of WS uses this company which is how I met Keith. He was on call for Pendergrass & Holder when I needed some work. What a delightful person! He fixed my issue, explained what he did and how it would affect my house water line. He answered my questions and did a thorough job. I will be calling them for my plumbing needs in the future!

We have used this company twice and got different technicians both times. Both times the work was great quality and we were very pleased with the job. The most recent were Devin & Johnny and they did an amazing job. I love the new pvc it truly looks great! The prices are very reasonable which is hard to find these days. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

I had an urgent plumbing issue. I called a company I had used for the past 3 years with no help. I was referred to Pendergrass & Holder. Kenny came out the day I called, and took care of my issue. I can't say enough about his kindness and respect he shows at my house. I will stay with this company for my plumbing needs.

Billy came out to clear a clog in my drain line. He told me he reached the septic tank, and that the septic must be full. So, without any resolution....I overpaid. After having my septic emptied, I still had a clog in the drain from the house. I called back and got a different team out. In between them spending 30 minutes trying to prove that I didn't have a clog, and uninstalling and reinstalling my toilet, THEY BROKE MY TOILET PAPER HOLDER FROM THE WALL!!!!!! Go with anyone else!!

Dustin is always a friendly and enjoyable person to work with! He did an amazing job hooking up the faucets and water cutoffs on a project we’re working on. We had saved the old cutoffs for reuse, but his high standards led him to install new ones for us which helps to avoid future problems which we very much appreciated! Lastly, you can see the clean area he left for us in the picture which doesn’t happen often, so thank you for the professional and friendly service!

The quote from Devin was quick and accurate, and it was for the work I actually wanted. Our service was prompt, and professional, and they even swept the floor when they finished.
